Pilot William Hamilton Noyes III

To Whom It May Concern,

I am pleased to offer my recommendation for William Noyes. William has been employed by Gainjet as captian of our G-550 for the past 12 months. It is unfortunate that after his 65th Birthday, William will be unable to fly charters under our certificate.

William is a highly capable pilot and enthusiastic employee who maintains a good working relationship with our management, flight and ground staff.

He would be an asset to any flight operation and you would be fortunate to have him onboard. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions regarding William. (Read the PDF)

Sincerly Yours,

"I have had the great pleasure of flying and traveling with William. William and I worked together as Contract Crew for TAG Hong Kong.

Besides the fact that he has so much world wide experience and Hong Kong/China experience; William is a wonderful Gentleman and a Superior Pilot. If you take all the complementary words in Webster's Dictionary; those words would describe William Noyes."

Best Regards,
Captain Ron Culbertson
Chief Pilot, Sino Jets

“….William’s transition to corporate flying is the best I have come across. Not only does he possess good flying skills but he shows good judgment and customer services skills. William has one of the best attitudes toward his job that I have come across and is very interested in performing his job safely, IAW regulations and giving the utmost in customer service….” (Read More)

"Captain Noyes is an outstanding ambassador for both Hawaiian Airlines and Hawaii and richly deserves being honored as Employee of the Year. He is the consummate professional and has an infectious spirit of enthusiasm that conveys his affection for his coworkers and the islands of Hawaii...."

Mark Dunkerley – Hawaiian Airlines President and Chief Operating Officer – April 6, 2004

“William has dedicated himself not only to the service of our company but also to the service of his fellow employees. He will volunteer for service without asking questions and has only the best interests of our company, customers and employees as his primary goal.”

Captain Mike Dudley, Chief Pilot
Ho ike – Hawaiian Airlines company newsletter – March 20, 2003

"The big three letter word in the aviation business today is CRM. William was using CRM effectively before we even knew what it was. (I) have given Captain Noyes Proficiency Checks in the DC-10 simulator, as well as Line Checks in the aircraft. As always, his professionalism and skill made the job seem simple. On April 21, 2003, as an FAA Designee, I gave William a Check in the Boeing 767 simulator and issued him his Type Rating in the B-757 and B-767. Once again he did an outstanding job.

In my opinion, William will be an asset to any organization, and I urge you to consider him for employment. You will not be disappointed.

Captain James McDonald
FAA Designated Examiner
Check Pilot, Hawaiian Airlines

"We had the best pilot and best airlines!" (I didn't cheer that, but certainly, if it was suggested, I EASILY could have!)
